Riereta 35 is an exciting new concept of urban, industrial, green living in Barcelona. Located in the Ciutat Vella (old city) of Barcelona in a former textile factory, this new building will offer 50 apartments, lofts, and duplexes— all created with premium, natural materials. Residents will have access to communal areas such as a swimming pool, private urban gardens, a rooftop terrace, and much more.

That's why we chose a former textile factory that was built in 1833 to be the canvas for our elevated industrial lofts. In collaboration with the architect Juli Pérez-Catala, the building has been fully renovated using natural and reclaimed materials whenever possible. Our apartments are private sanctuaries.
